Loop Cycles has partnered up with LEKKER Bikes and with Bicycles For Humanity to provide you an affordable,  quality bike for the Burning Man event while making positive change in the world.  After  Burning Man, Loop bikes will be recycled and repurposed to become a means of mobility for someone who really needs it in Namibia, Africa.

*…allows a healthcare worker to visit 4 to 5 times the number of patients in a day.
*… allows a mother to transport water and get her goods to market
*…helps students that have to travel long distances to schools. It allows them more time and energy for studies and helping at home

HOW IT WORKS

1. ORDER YOUR LOOP BIKE AND ACCESSORIES ONLINE

You will receive a receipt with your unique number and bar code.
Collect your bike up to 1 week before Burning Man.

2. Pick up your bike in Reno.

Simply show your ticket & take your LOOP bike.
Collection address will be emailed to you on the 1st of June 2014

3. BURNING MAN

Have the time of your life riding your new custom designed,
glow in the dark LOOP bike out on the playa.

4. DROP IT BACK TO US IN RENO

Afterwards – drop it back to us at the same spot you picked it up from!
If you grew attached to your LOOP bike and want to keep it that’s fine, its yours. However dropping it back to us is a way to extend the burning man way of GIFTING beyond the vicinity of Black Rock City. There is no monetary incentive, but if you drop it off rather than leave it out on the playa or on the side of the road, you will help change lives on the other side of the world. We will not accept other bikes of poor quality for shipment, but may top-up the container with any that will survive African conditions.

5. Your bike is shipped to Namibia, Africa to start its second life.

The container is shipped to the Bicycles For Humanity team over there,
bikes will be distributed to healthcare workers, students, and other members of the community.

6. Keep in touch with us online for updates.

Stay in touch -you will be able to see where your bikes goes and the difference it will make.
Send us your feedback, comments, suggestions or complaints.
