BWB UK joined the worldwide Cinco de Playa cleanup day and shifted a ton of rubbish from the Millennium Green playground, Weston-super-Mare today.

The cleanup was great. 15 wooden pallets, 4 tires, a rusty radiator, 2 oil canisters and a sewer cover were amongst the things we reclaimed from the play area, making it safer for young kids and a lot more pleasant for the local community.

Every year on 5 May, people around the world gather on beaches and forgotten public areas to clean up the rubbish that others have left. Click here to find out more about Cinco de Playa.
