BWB stimulus award partner, the Phoenix Art Collective, designed and created the billboard that will provide more public visibility to Bounty Farm, which provides local produce to low income families. The colorful final sign will stand 8 feet tall and 20 feet wide close to the greenhouse where the old barn fell down.

Bounty Farm Sign Ribbon Cutting Thursday, July 9th at 4pm

The youth of the Phoenix Art Collective donate billboard to the Petaluma Bounty!

On July 9th 2009 the Bounty Farm mural will be unveiled by the talented youth artists of the Phoenix Arts Collective. The PAC is a group of youth who work with the Phoenix Theater staff to identify local community projects that expand the reach of youth art and contribute to the community at large.   Contributing artists Emily Hart, Micaela Madden, Justin Robison and Shon Nichols.

The Bounty Farm, which provides locally grown produce to low income families in Petaluma, is located on Shasta Road across from the police station.  With a grant from Burners without Borders the Phoenix Art Collective, working with Bounty, designed and created the billboard which will provide more visibility to this wonderful community organization.  The final sign will stand 8 feet tall and 20 feet wide close to the greenhouse where the old barn fell down.

Join us for the ribbon cutting ceremony, Thursday, July 9th at 4pm!

We hope to see you there!
